This 3-day intensive add-on course is designed for WSET® Level 4 Diploma candidates who want targeted preparation for the D5 – Fortified Wines unit. Whether you’re studying with GBZ Koblenz, online, or with another provider, this in-person workshop gives you the structure, confidence, and tasting precision needed to succeed.

Led by a certified WSET® Diploma Educator, the course focuses on blind tasting practice using benchmark fortified wines, alongside theory review and exam techniques tailored to the D5 assessment.

You’ll sharpen your sensory evaluation skills using the WSET® Level 4 Diploma in Wines SAT (Systematic Approach to Tasting), improve your written tasting notes, and receive expert feedback and exam strategies for both theory and tasting components.
